For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?
Your personal data will be processed for contact purposes in connection with sending a message by e-mail and for marketing purposes of the WaspaSport brand. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for contact and marketing purposes is art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) GDPR, where the legitimate interest is correspondence with persons who asked us for information and direct marketing of the controller's own products and services, including for analytical purposes. Providing data is not mandatory, but necessary to exchange correspondence with you. We will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of Andrzej Paszenda ZUPIL sp.j. In addition, we will share your personal data with other recipients, provided that such an obligation results from legal provisions. Your data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations.

  • transferring the provided data, processed in an automated manner

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 

Change of privacy policy
We reserve the right to change the privacy policy, if required by applicable law, if the technological conditions of the website operation change or the change introduces a higher standard than the minimum required by law.
